DADDY BOOT CAMP begins!
last night while i was finishing up CD orders & making dinner, josh was giving the kids some exercise, since the nearby playground was cold and wet. he set up ropes & ramps for heron, & had shepherd climbing stairs for the very first time.

Love it! I could use some stairs, and boot camp in my house these days - snow, then rain, then crazy cold, then start all over again = berserk! Love the motion in that picture...
