we love urban living, but wow! it's great to have a pond, acres & acres of trees and walking trails right out our front doorstep again this christmas vacation. mom lives on seven acres of land, but all her neighbors, mostly missionary folk, share their trails with each other. so we are taking many woodland walks, soaking up these brisk outdoor days.
after a day outside, we went to a christmas eve service, ending the evening with storytime.
