this past weekend the bent boys--heron & shepherd's cousins ezra, solly, and caspar, came for a visit, along with grandma, aunt gala, & aunt teal.
gala was in the middle of a two-week artist residency at sitka center for art and ecology on the coast, away from her family, and she was missing her boys! portland was the halfway point between there and seattle, so grandma & aunt teal brought the boys down to portland to meet up for the weekend. all the menfolk were traveling, so it was just us--the ladies & the babies!

Cousins are the BEST! Looks like it was a sweet & memorable time together. And that night swimming photo is amazing!
