it's been a bit of a contemplative time in the garrels household as the air turns autumnal, & we sense alot of changes ahead. the weather's been lovely, but we've chosen some indoor days of reading, cuddling, learning, drinking tea, baking, & well, just being. this was one such day.

Ah, I LOVE days like that! One of the reasons that I love autumn! Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog! Yes, there is a GWL in Concord now, so it is quick & easy to get to...perfect for a little get-away without lots of "are we there yet?" We have not been to Portland, but think the Pacific NW is gorgeous! We visited Seattle & Spokane a few years back & it is beautiful out there!
