while pregnant, we sensed the Lord speaking this baby's calling & purpose to us, and, as with heron and shepherd, we sought to name him accordingly--prophetically. and so, while he is named after the fastest animal on the planet--the peregrine falcon, we chose his name mostly for its meaning--"pilgrim". jude means "praise", and our prayer is that peregrin jude garrels will travel this earth with a holy purpose and vigor, bringing praise and honor to our Lord!
